I've just worshiped at church. My first time in what seems like forever. What...hmmm...when WAS the last time I went? I've been a very bad girl.
Tonight's take:
DELICIOUS by Sherry Thomas (I haven't even read her first book yet.)
SKINNY DIP by Carl Hiassen
AN ABUNDANCE OF KATHERINES by John Green (A bargain at $3.99!)
and
THE SECRET CIRCLE V. I (The Initiation and The Captive) by L.J. Smith
I don't feel fully at peace... maybe I'll make another trip this weekend.
Have I mentioned how wonderful it feels to have a Friday evening off?? It's been a LONG time since I've had one. Ahhhhh, bliss.

Hi Jen,
You can never worship too often - or at too many different churches (I have two main churches: the Borders near my house and the Dymocks near my work *g*. No wonder my bedroom is overflowing with books *g*).
I LOVE Carl Hiassen - good choice *g* Is this your first Hiassen? From talking to other people I've found he's a bit of a personal taste - some love him and some hate him. I'll be interested to see what you think.
I obtained Breaking Dawn at my most recent worship, and I'm about to read it now that I've reread the first three. I'm looking forward to reading your review once I've read BD! *s* I'll let you know whether I agree with your views of the book.
Helen,
Yep, it's my first. I'll definitely post my thoughts whenever I get to it. LOL. I don't know why I keep buying books -- I have NO time to read. Oh well...someday. LOL.
Jen
Let me know what you think of An Abundance of Katherines.
I'm heading to church tonight with my membership card. My husband is panicking. (g)
Tara,
I actually read and reviewed it back in July:

I enjoyed it -- it's fun and light, but I definitely enjoyed Alaska more. Can't wait for PAPER TOWNS! :)
Ohhh, and have a fun worship session! Let me know how you do!
Jen
If you're anything like me, you keep buying books because you _will_ read them. Someday. Sometime far far in the future when we have that mythical quality called "free time".
And because they're shiny and smell good. Can't forget that *g*
