Hello, Hello!

I know I've been quiet for a reeeeeally long time. I do apologize. Life is nuts right now -- some major changes going on in my life. The most immediate is that I'm moving this Saturday! Whoo...I'm excited. :) The best part is that I will have my very own library/writing room. I've been searching and searching for just the right bookshelves. I think I've found them: HERE.

Of course, I may change my mind tomorrow. (g) But one thing is certain -- I have a TON of books and shelving is going to be a huge issue. The sooner I figure this out, the better.

As for other things...well, writing is going slowly. I've been really busy with some health related things... been a tough, BUSY time, but hopefully things will calm down soon. I'm looking forward to getting settled into the new place and holing up with my computer for a good long period. Right now I'm getting my writing/Maddy/Gabe fix over at the forum Houseparty. If you haven't been by, you must check it out. It's hilarious. Just imagine Maddy in the 17th century. Imagine how her attitude would be viewed...and remember what punishments were metted out for outspoken women... All of that equals great fun for Jen. (g) And the bonus is that Claire played along and got Lionel killed off. Gotta love that.

Hope everyone is doing well! I hope to be back to regular blogging soon...I really miss it!

*Wave*

I know, I know, I know... I said I would blog a little more often and I've been a miserable failure. I have a _really_ good excuse for it all, but you'll have to forgive me for not going into it now. I'll just say that no, I haven't finished FI...no, I haven't heard any bad news, etc. about FI...and yes, I am still alive and well. :)

In fact, I just returned from a writer's retreat with several of my forum peeps -- in Myrtle Beach, SC. More about that later, too. I've returned rather inspired to finish FI (which is just getting THAT much closer to the end) and I'm going to log out in a minute to write. I just want to give a HUGE shout-out to the TGWG ladies -- Thank you for a great time -- so nice to meet all of you in person -- and I plan on blogging about my experience very, very soon.

Okay--I'm off.
